All digital products are intangible goods and are delivered to the customer immediately after successful payment by providing access to download.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access to the files has been granted.
2. When a Refund Is Possible
We will consider refund requests only in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or does not match the description on the product page.
- A technical error on our side occurred (download link was not sent, file is inaccessible due to our fault).
- Double charging or an obvious payment error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
3. When a Refund Is Not Possible
Refunds are not issued if:
- You have already downloaded the file(s).
- You simply changed your mind, did not like the content, or found it unsuitable.
- You cannot open the file due to issues on your side (missing software, device settings, etc.).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@sea-man.org and include:
- Order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Screenshots or a detailed description of the issue (if applicable).
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and inform you of our decision.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The funds will be returned using the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 3-10 business days (depending on the payment provider and your bank).
- Access to the downloaded files and download links will be permanently revoked.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request to be unjustified or in violation of this policy.
