Transmarine Navigation Corporation (TNC), a US-based tramp ship agency, has acquired T Parker Host, another leading ship agency, effective July 1, 2025. The merger creates what the companies claim is the largest independent tramp ship agency in the US, combining Transmarine’s 85 years of expertise on the Pacific coast with T Parker Host’s century-long legacy on the East and Gulf coasts.
